Itqan Al-Mumtaza Law and Legal Consultancy was established over 8 years ago by attorney Faris Saleh Al-Zahrani, attorney Rehab Abdullah Al-Ahmari, and legal consultant and CEO Ahmed Hosni Al-Maher. The company offers comprehensive legal services covering contracts, governance, bankruptcy, real estate, commercial privileges, mergers and acquisitions, and financing companies.

The company operates through more than four branches in major cities within the Kingdom, including Jeddah, Dammam, Riyadh, and Jubail, with future expansion plans to Khamis Mushait. It features a distinguished team of lawyers and legal consultants with diverse expertise, including Khalid Al-Abdan Al-Shahrani, Ahmed Al-Abdan Al-Shahrani, and Asmaa Al-Riyahi, among other specialists.

To ensure flexibility of work and ease of response to changes in the arena, Etqan Law Firm has been divided into three main departments that integrate with each other to move the company, and each department is unique in performing a specific function. The company has been divided into an organizational department that is concerned with organizing the company, a service department that provides services to the legal advisory sector, and a third department for support and management of the company’s internal business.

The company has given the organizational and service department special priority and importance because it is directly related to the most important element in the equation, which is the company’s customer. Therefore, a deputy secretary was appointed to handle these two departments and ensure the speed and flexibility of movement to respond to the company’s requests.
