Since its inception, Etqan Al Mutamayyiza has strived to be more than just a traditional law firm. We have endeavored to weave the threads of excellence through a team of competent lawyers and legal advisors. The firm was founded more than 8 years ago by lawyers Faris Saleh Al-Zahrani and Rehab Abdullah Al-Ahmari. The firm provides integrated legal services that include contracts, governance, bankruptcy, real estate, franchising, mergers and acquisitions, and finance companies.
The firm operates through more than four branches in major cities within the Kingdom, including Jeddah, Dammam, Riyadh, and Jubail, with future plans to expand to Khamis Mushait. It has a distinguished team of lawyers and legal advisors with a wide range of experience.

To ensure work flexibility and ease of response to changes in the arena, Etqan Al Mutamayyiza Law Firm has been divided into three main sections that complement each other to move the company and each section is unique in performing a specific function. The company has been divided into an organizational department that is concerned with organizing the company and a service department that provides services to the Legal consultations and a third department for support and handling the company’s internal business.
The company has given the organizational and service department special priority and importance because it is directly related to the most important element in the equation, which is the company’s customer. Therefore, a Deputy Secretary was appointed to take over these two departments and ensure quick and flexible movement to respond to the company’s requests.
