  • Select your company type. In this example, we will proceed with the Local Company option.
  • After selecting the company type, a data entry form will appear.
  • Enter your company’s Unified Number in the Establishment Number field. (Note: The required number is the Unified Number, not the Establishment Number. Using the Establishment Number will prevent you from completing the registration.)
  • Your company’s name will appear automatically in Arabic as registered with the Ministry of Commerce. You can manually add the English name if desired.
  • For attachments, if you are logging in as the company owner, you can upload the commercial registration. If you are not the owner, you must attach an authorization letter allowing you to register the trademark. This authorization can be obtained from the Ministry of Commerce or the Chamber of Commerce.
  • After completing the form, click Next, and your company’s national address will appear.
  • No changes are needed to the national address; just click Next.

Step 3: Add Contact Information

  • In the contact details window, enter your company’s email, mobile number, and phone number.
  • If you do not have a phone number, you can enter the mobile number again.
  • After filling in the information, click Save Data.
  • A confirmation window will appear. Review your information carefully, then click Confirm and Submit.

  • A verification email will be sent to your email address. Open the email and click the Activate Account button.
  • After activation, the company account will be added to your registered accounts and will undergo a review process lasting 5 to 10 minutes.
